A community that’s connected is a community that thrives. Volunteering efforts in some areas have dropped off while demands have increased due to the current environment. But together, we can make a difference. That’s why we would like to challenge other businesses to go out and get involved in helping our communities when and wherever possible!
Our team at Builtwell Insurance Agency has committed to increasing our community support efforts with people power to try and help fill in the gaps. We have found we can do this safely as these fine organizations have safety protocols in place to keep everyone safe.
Here you see results where Mike Owen has helped clear trails at Enterprise South Nature Park via Partners of the Park, Heather Jones sorting and packing food at the Chattanooga Area Food Bank via ihelpchattanoooga.org, Brandon Adams in the Dalton community giving out books along with lunches with United Way of Northwest Georgia in conjunction with Whitfield County Schools’ Power Lunch Program.
Challenge Accepted?
There are so many wonderful organizations throughout Chattanooga and North Georgia that need your help so they can continue to positively impact the lives of neighbors in our region. Will you accept the Builtwell Insurance Challenge? Post a photo of your volunteering efforts on social media (don’t forget to tag the organization or cause you’re supporting!) and use the hashtag #FirstVolunteerChallange so we can see the impact we’re making, together.
